Today we’ve received notice that our joint DFG-FWF (DACH) project with Mirco Migliavacca (MPI Jena) entitled “Constraining terrestrial gross primary productivity by joint measurements of the carbonyl sulfide exchange and sun-induced fluorescence” will be funded and will allow us to explore the exciting link between COS exchange and SIF during the next three years!

Within the project ALCH4, in collaboration with the Free University of Bolzano and the CNR Firenze and funded by the Province Südtirol/Alto Adige, we will be conducting mobile eddy covariance methane flux measurements from lakes in the Alpine region during the next two years. Today the basis for the mobile flux platform, the boat, arrived.
